My Employment Law Attorney Is The Pits

I was fired from my last job because I have a disability. I know that is what the problem is since I was treated far differently after it came to the attention of some of the people I worked with. I could see if this made me do my job wrong or something like that, but I still did the best of anyone there. When I was fired, I went and hired an Austin employment lawyer the next day. Ever since then I am having trouble because the person I chose is not the best at all.

Every time I call him, they tell me that he is out of the office. I leave messages and he barely takes the time to respond. I am not sure why he things that I am supposed to keep paying him when he is not really doing anything that he is supposed to. There were some documents he told me I had to sign, yet he has never made an appointment for me to come in or anything. If he keeps this up for too much longer, I am going to fire him and get someone else.
